Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Fleevalues.com or its Discord bot. By browsing, making an account or running a bot command you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. How we handle your data is covered separately in our privacy policy.

Fleevalues.com is a value list for the Roblox game 10 Player Flee, made in cooperation with the makers of 10 Player Flee and run by a small team of staff members. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox, 10 Player Flee and their item names, images and other content belong to their owners and are shown here only to identify the items being valued. If you own any of this content and want something changed, email privacy@fleevalues.com.

Item values, demand, status and trade verdicts are our staff’s estimates of what items trade for. They change often and can be wrong or out of date. Other players don’t have to accept them.

You decide every trade yourself. We are not part of any trade and are not responsible for trades you make, including ones based on our values or calculator.

• You need to be at least 13, and old enough in your country to agree to online services, or have a parent or guardian’s permission.
• You sign in with Discord or Roblox, so keep those accounts secure. You’re responsible for what happens on yours.
• One person, one account. Don’t share accounts or make extra ones to get around a ban or limit.
• Keep at least one of Discord or Roblox linked, so you can sign in. You can link the other, or unlink it, in Settings on your account page.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings on your account page, or by emailing privacy@fleevalues.com.

When you post trade ads you agree not to:

• scam, mislead or pressure other players, or offer items you don’t have;
• buy, sell or trade items for real money, gift cards, Robux or anything outside the game, which also breaks Roblox’s terms;
• post hateful, sexual, threatening or harassing messages, or anything illegal;
• share your own or anyone else’s personal information, such as real names, addresses or phone numbers;
• post spam, advertising or links to other sites;
• break Roblox’s or Discord’s rules while using our site.

Your trade ads stay yours. By posting one, you allow us to show it on the site for as long as it’s up. There is a limit on how many trade ads you can have open at once.

• Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the site or its API.
• Light automated access to our public API is fine. Heavy scraping that slows the site down is not, and may be rate limited.
• Don’t spam the Discord bot’s commands or use it to flood a server or channel.
• If you reuse our values elsewhere, credit Fleevalues.com.

Staff may remove trade ads or messages, and limit or ban accounts, that break these terms or put other players at risk. A removed trade ad stays visible to you with the reason. A ban deletes all your trade ads and blocks the site and the Discord bot’s staff commands. If you think we got it wrong, email privacy@fleevalues.com and a staff member will look at it again.

The site is free and provided as it is. We may change, pause or stop any part of it, including values and features, at any time. We try to keep it running but can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost items, trades, Robux, accounts or other indirect losses that come from using the site, its values or other players’ trade ads.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law of the country you live in that can’t be given up by agreement, such as consumer protection rights, or our liability for deliberate harm or gross negligence.

Wherever you live, you keep the protection of your own country’s mandatory laws and can bring a claim in your local courts. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable where you live, the rest still applies.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we’ll point it out on the site before it takes effect. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
